Ingredients

  • French Fries - as required (fried)
  • Sausage - 1 packet
  • Capsicum - 1 (julienne)
  • Garlic - 4 (chopped)
  • Onion - 1/2 (sliced)
  • Pepper Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Bbq Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, shallow fry sausages and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add little oil if needed, saute garlic and onion until pink. Add capsicum and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
  3. Lower the flame and add sauces, pepper powder, salt and mix well for a minute. Add fried french fries and fried sausages and give a good stir. Garnish with coriander leaves.
