- Chick Peas - 1 cup (boiled)
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 of a lemon
- Garlic - 2 pods
- Tahini Paste - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- Blend everything to a fine paste and serve in a serving plate, drizzling little olive on top.
