Chicken 65 Dry Fry is a spicy crispy restaurant style deep fried chicken. It can be served as starter or snack or even with main course. The coating of the chicken prepared with corn flour, rice flour keeps the crunchiness and crispiness of the chicken.

Ingredients
- Chicken With Bone - 1 kg (cut into mini cubes)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
- Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Salt
- Red Food Color (optional)
- Oil
- Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all spice powders, salt and curd.
- Add corn flour, rice flour and mix well. Keep aside for 15 to 30 mintes or 1 hour.
- Deep fry until done. Fry little curry leaves until crisp and garnish over the fried chicken.
