Chicken Filling is specially used as a filling for various snack items. It is prepared with boiled and shredded chicken mixed in spices. The recipe for the filling varies according to ones taste and flavor and here is my touch of the recipe that I prepare for my family.

Ingredients
Chicken - 300 gms (boiled and shredded)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger garlic paste, onion and green chilli until onion turns pink.
Now add spice powders, salt, mix and cook till raw smell fades. Add Coriander leaves and mix further.
Add shredded chicken, mix until combined. Chicken filling is ready.
