Ingredients

  • Cooked Beef - 100g (crushed)
  • Boiled Eggs - 5
  • Boiled Potato - 2
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - ΒΌ tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Egg - 1 (beaten)
  • Corn Flour Slurry
  • All Purpose Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add onion, ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add spice powders, salt and mix until raw smell fades.
  3. Add boiled and crushed beef and mix well. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix until incorporated well. Add little coriander leaves and mix further. Keep aside.
  4. Now, take each boiled egg and coat it in all purpose flour. Keep it aside.
  5. Take a handful of beef mix and make a patty, place an egg in the middle and cover it completely.
  6. Beat an egg well, add corn flour slurry and beat again.
  7. Dip the egg kebab in the egg mixture and roll it over the bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry until brown in color.
