Fried Chicken Burger / Chicken Burger Patty is an easy recipe you can prepare at home. I mix boneless or minced chicken with special spices, shape it into patties, cook them, and serve them on a bun.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Mince - 250 gm
  • Onion Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cayenne Powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Parsley - 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 3/4 tsp

FOR COATING:-

  • Self-rising Flour - 1 cup
  • Panko Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Beaten Egg - 2
  • Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Add all the spice powders and salt to the minced chicken and mix well until incorporated.
  2. Grease your hands with oil and make patties.
  3. Place each patties on all purpose flour and coat well. Dust off the excess flour from the patties and dip in to the beaten egg. Coat it well on the breadcrumbs. Freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Deep fry until nice and golden brown.
