Ingredients

  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (shredded)
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup (shredded)
  • Boiled Chicken - 1 cup (shredded)
  • Egg - 1 (whisked)
  • Cornflour Slurry - 1/2 cup
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  • Ketchup - 3 tbsp
  • Sriracha Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Stock - 1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a wok, saute carrot and cabbage for a minute. Add the sauces and chilli flakes, mix well and cook For 2 minutes.
  2. To the chicken stock, add 2 cups of water and add it to the wok. Add salt and mix well. Add lemon juice and pepper powder, mix again and bring it to a boil.
  3. Now add the shredded chicken and continue to mix. Add corn flour slurry (mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp of water) and stir immediately.
  4. When the soup begins to thicken, add the whisked egg, keep stirring and turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
