Laham Riyesh Recipe | Grilled Lamb Chops | How to cook Lamb Chops?
It is a delicious meat recipe for a family dinner. A meat chop is a cut of meat cut perpendicular to the spine, and usually containing a rib or riblet part of a vertebra and served as an individual portion. Ingredients
- Lamb Chops - 500g
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Lemom Juice - 2 tbsp
- Chilli Flakes - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Oil / Butter
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb chops with the spice powders, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it refrigerated overnight or atleast for 4 to 8 hours.
- Grease a griddle pan with oil/butter and grill the lamb chops until tender, soft and cook it thoroughly.
- Mix little chilli flakes in oil and brush over the lamb chops before serving. This is optional. Serve it with Mint Chutney.
