Pudina Chutney | Coriander Mint Chutney with Yoghurt | Tandoori Chutney Recipe

It is a spicy chutney used as dip for various dishes like Chicken Tandoori, Dosa etc.. A chutney is a spread in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent. Chutneys are made in a wide variety of forms, such as a tomato relish, a ground peanut garnish, yogurt or curd, cucumber, spicy coconut, spicy onion or mint dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 3/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Garlic - 2 pods
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • Green Chilli - 1

Instructions

  1. Blend everything to a chutney consistency.
