Chicken Seekh Kebab Skewers | Indian Seekh Kebabs | Easy to make Chicken Seekh Kebab Recipe
Chicken Seekh Kebab is a kabab originating from the indian sub continent. It consists of ground chicken or meat mixed with spices, shaped on the skewers and then grilled.

Ingredients
- Minced Chicken - 500gm
- Onion Paste - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Paprika Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients to the minced chicken until incorporated well. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Grease your palm with little oil, scoop out little chicken mixture and insert it to the skewers and make it into kebab shapes.
- Heat oil on a grilling pan and grill it for 5 minutes on each side or until the kebab is done. Do not overcook the kebab.
- Brush oil in between to the kebabs, so that it does not dry out. Serve hot with lebanese bread.
