Ingredients
- Shrimps - 300g
- Oil - to fry
TO MARINATE:-
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Mixed Dry Herbs - 1 tsp
- Salt
TO COAT:-
- All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Cold Water
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimps with the ingredients mentioned under "To Marinate". Keep it refrigerated overnight or minimum of 4 hours.
- To prepare the coating, mix all the ingredients mentioned under "To Coat" in a bowl except for cold water.
- Coat each shrimp in the coating mix and dip it in the ice cold water and immediately coat it again in the coating mix.
- Deep fry the shrimps until crisp and golden.
