Strawberry Biscuit Cake

Strawberry Biscuit Cake is a easy to make cake with minimal ingredients. This is made without oven. It has a very rich creamier layer of whipped cream on the top, adding crunchy biscuits in the layers below and having a thick strawberry pulp adding the flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberry Juice - 2 cups (strained)
  • Agar - Agar - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp (or more)
  • Biscuits - As needed
  • Whipped Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Strawberries - few (cut into halves)

Instructions

  1. Boil strawberry juice along with sugar and agar - agar until thick. Keep aside.
  2. Take a baking tray, dip each biscuits in the milk and layer to the tray making a base. Pour a little syrup on the biscuits, make sure it covers the biscuits well. Make a second layer and continue till done.
  3. Top the biscuit with whipped cream and garnish with some strawberries and refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours. Serve chilled with some crushed nuts on top.
