Tortilla Bread | Best Tortilla Wrap Recipe | How to make Tortilla Wraps?

It is a thin circular flat bread. It is commonly used in dishes like burritos, tachos, fajitas. Tortillas can be prepared in wheat flour as well. Wheat tortillas often have leavening agents such as baking powder.

Tortilla Wraps

  • All Purpose Flour - 3 cups
  • Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Warm Water - 1 cup
  • Oil or Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together along with the oil and ghee. Add water gradually and knead to a soft dough. Cover and keep for 30 minutes.
  2. Knead again and divide the dough in to equal size balls. Keep it aside for 15 more minutes.
  3. Roll each ball into thin sheets and cook each side for 2 minutes on medium low flame.
