Chicken Upma / Biryani is a dish made with wheat rava (also known as cracked wheat or broken wheat), chicken, and various spices and vegetables. It is a popular South Indian dish that is often served for breakfast or as a light meal.

To make Wheat Rava Chicken Upma, the wheat rava is first roasted in a pan until it turns golden brown. Then, it is cooked with water, chicken, and other ingredients such as onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves. The mixture is simmered until the wheat rava and chicken are cooked through and the flavors are well blended. It is typically garnished with fresh coriander leaves and served hot.

The dish is known for its nutritious qualities as it contains whole grains from the wheat rava and protein from the chicken. It is also a versatile dish that can be customized by adding different vegetables and spices according to personal preference.

Please note that the specific recipe and ingredients may vary depending on the region and individual preferences.
