  • All Purpose Flour / Wheat Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1.5 cups
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Cream - 1/4 cup


  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan, add the flour and mix with the butter, then add milk, stir continuously, without lumps until sauce begins to thicken. Add salt, oregano and continue to mix.
  2. Add cream, mix and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Bechamel Sauce is ready to use.
