Laham Riyesh Recipe | Grilled Lamb Chops | How to cook Lamb Chops?

It is a delicious meat recipe for a family dinner. A meat chop is a cut of meat cut perpendicular to the spine, and usually containing a rib or riblet part of a vertebra and served as an individual portion. This is an easy recipe and very aromatic when cooked. Enjoy the recipe with your family and friends.

  • Lamb Chops - 500g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Lemom Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil / Butter


  1. Marinate the lamb chops with the spice powders, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it refrigerated overnight or atleast for 4 to 8 hours.
  2. Grease a griddle pan with oil/butter and grill the lamb chops until tender, soft and cook it thoroughly.
  3. Mix little chilli flakes in oil and brush over the lamb chops before serving. This is optional. Serve it with Mint Chutney.
