Chicken Lollipop | Chicken Drumsticks | Chicken Lollipop With Sauce Recipe
Chicken Lollipop is an Indo-Chinese cuisine. A chicken winglet is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down making a lollipop like appearance. It is tempered with sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients
TO MARINATE:-
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt
TO COAT:-
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Red Food Color - little (optional)
- Water
- Salt
TO TEMPER:-
- Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp (chopped)
- Garlic - 1/2 tsp (chopped)
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Pepper Sauce - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned under "TO MARINATE" and refrigerate for 2 hours or keep overnight.
- Make a thick batter with the ingredients mentioned under "TO COAT".
- Dip each lollipop into the batter and deep fry until crisp and red color. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, sizzle ginger, garlic and onion for a minute. Add the sauces, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Cook till sauce thickens.
- Toss the fried lollipops till the sauce coats well onto it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
